Our Academics

Shewaz Mustafa Ismail holds an MA in Applied Linguistics (TESOL) from the University of Kurdistan Hawler and a BA in English Language from Salahaddin University. Since 2013, she has held a permanent position at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Directorate of Equalizing Foreign Certifications, where she manages certification processes, grade conversion, official correspondence, and strategic planning.

In 2020, she taught morphology and linguistics at Qala University College, and since 2023 she has served as Head of the English Department at Noble Technical Institute. Her teaching portfolio includes General English, grammar, short story, innovative pedagogy, listening and pronunciation, business English, vocabulary building, and oral communication, along with supervising graduation projects.

Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic, and skilled in Microsoft Office, she combines administrative expertise, academic leadership, and innovative pedagogy to foster student-centered learning and institutional growth.
