Health, as defined by global organizations in their constitutions, is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. It encompasses a sense of physical comfort, happiness, and overall psychological and social wellness. On the other hand, safety refers to the protection of individuals in society from any harmful obstacles or dangers. It involves safeguarding people from potential risks or hazards that could cause injury or damage. This definition emphasizes that health is a holistic concept that goes beyond just the absence of illness, incorporating mental and social aspects as well. Safety, in turn, is presented as a protective measure aimed at ensuring the well-being of individuals within a community by shielding them from potential harm
