Assistant. Lecturer Sangar Hamad finished his high school in Erbil. After receiving his BA degree in English Language from Salahaddin University in 2009, he pursued MA degree in English Language Teaching (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) at Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul, Turkey in 2016. Previously, Sangar had worked as a head of English department at GASHA private institute, and as an English Trainer at German NGO (ETTC) and at Cambridge Learning Center. His research interest is in second language acquisition, language skills, teacher in-service program, learning theories, and pragmatics. Assist. Lect. Sangar has also given workshops and lectures, conducted research and published articles on various topics pertaining to language teaching and education.
