Dr.Rabar Mohammed Hussein joined the Noble technical institute In December 2020. He is currently Head of Medical Laboratory Technician and Director of Health and Safety.He was awarded MSc in Biological science from the university of Bingol-Türkiye in 2016, Also Ph.D in Biological Science at Fırat University-Türkiye in 2021 (Got free Ph.D acceptance). He is currently Lecturer at department of MLT,Pharmacy and Nursing, Before that he was lecturing at Erbil polytechnic university-Nurisng department,Knowldge university-MLT,Fırat university-Türkiye.
