Head of Medical Laboratory Technician and Director of Health and Safety
Dr. Rabar Mohammed Hussein joined the Noble Technical Institute in December 2020. He is currently the Head of the Medical Laboratory Technician Department and the Director of Health and Safety.
He earned his MSc in Biological Science from Bingöl University, Türkiye, in 2016, and a Ph.D. in Biological Science from Fırat University, Türkiye, in 2021, where he received a free acceptance letter for his doctoral studies.
Dr. Rabar is currently a lecturer in the Medical Laboratory Technician, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Anesthesia departments. Previously, he taught at Erbil Polytechnic University (Nursing Department), Knowledge University (Medical Laboratory Science Department), and Fırat University, Türkiye-Biology Department.
